I am back again with a
review. As always, I am a picky reviewer so if I decided to write review about
a product, then this product works really well on me and I hope it will on you
too! As I ever say in my previous post, I have acne breakout a few years ago
and this experience make me a little bit careful in choosing whether skincare
or makeup for me. I used to be a long term of BB cream user, I mean I used it
almost every day in every occasion and I didn’t use a cleansing oil or makeup
remover to clean it, which was bad. I was just 18 when I entered the makeup
world and have no idea at all about makeup so I learn this by experience. And
because of that acne breakout I stop all BB cream usage, I opt for bare face
literally every time. I didn’t even bother to use loose powder because I'm afraid
it will make the acne worse. But all of this changed when I find Shirohada
Binyu Eki from Shirohada Sisters. You will know where this product came from
just by reading its name. Yes, it came from Japan. This product is actually
kind like moisturizer or lotion but I used it as my 'makeup'. In Japan, this
product is used by mostly teenagers since it is light on the face. I guess this
product is good for sensitive skin.
Ingredients
The good thing from Shirohada
is it didn’t contain paraben, fragrance, alcohol or mineral oil. It contains Squalane which reduce irritation. Vitamin C acts as brightening
ingredients. Rose Hip Oil contains
vitamin A for anti aging and moisturizer. Hyaluronic
Acid to hydrate the skin and Sakura Extract
for fading dark spots and make the skin glows.
Texture & Scent
The texture is kind
of creamy but light. It glides easily onto the face and blends nicely. It won’t
make the skin too white like you are wearing a mask which is a good point for
me (since I don’t have fair skin). It smells good too, soft like rose or milk
something.
I have been using
this for years. This tube in photo is my third tube already so you can tell how
much I love this product right? This moisturizer can be used every day, even at
night but I use this only when I am going out. I even use this to the party
because I don’t use BB cream anymore let alone any foundation and it can cover
the blemishes slightly.

What I dislike

IDR 230.000 for 35gr tube but most Japan products are pricey but high in quality

Not travel friendly. I ever take this travelling
with me and when I unpack, I see this moisturizer leak out, maybe because it
was accidentally pressed by another thing

The hole was rather big so sometimes it can make
the product comes out too much

Not waterproof. But if you didn’t plan to use it
for swimming, that’s okay
I’ve been using
this since 2016 and this product has been my holy grail. I just need this,
scotch tape, eye shadow, eyeliner and lip care, I am good to go. So will I
repurchase again? Well, of course yes, a big YES at that!
