[REVIEW] K-Drama Introverted Boss

Hello everyone! How have you been? Feel ages since the last time I login into blogger and write. I was looking into what to write again and this drama review just pops into my head.
I have just finished watching  korean drama, Introverted Boss. And I freaking love this drama because of the story and the actor, Yeon Woo Jin, he acts so well in this drama (and every drama he plays actually), so detail even the way he speaks really makes people sure that he is a shy introvert. The story of this drama is touching too, it's about Eun Hwan Ki, a boss from top PR Agency, whom not much people know about even his employee because he always avoid eye contacts and looks arrogant but actually, he is an extreme introvert, a person who hates being the center of attention and shy around people. He always live in shades until Chae Ro Won comes in his life and reveal who Eun Hwan Ki really is.

At first when I watch this drama, I feel this drama is quite complicated and I don't expect that it can be one of my favorite drama but I ended up loving the moral of the story. I learned more on how other people see introvert. Introvert has their own way of thinking that not all can understand. As an introvert, I really understand the boss character, why did he do this and why did he do that. This drama really gave a good explanation to both introverts and extroverts so we can try to understand each other since every person has different way of thinking. So here I am writing a few point that I learned from this drama. First is, when Silent Monster was grouped, a few of employee from Brain (a group company of Silent Monster) was chosen. Hwan Ki chose the employees himself and he chose the worst employees from Brain. So now the question is, why did he choose the worst employees when he has the advantage to choose the best employees? It because of he sees what other people doesn't see. He sees the best in those worst employees. That's how introverts are. They pay attention to people even when people think that introverts do not care. Introverts may look like an arrogant jerk outside but inside they do care so much but they tend to work behind the scenes. They are more comfortable being there behind the scene doing their job on their own, they hate being center of attention. There was a scene where the boss was challenged to give a presentation in order to keep one of his employees to his team. Being an introvert he is, it sounds impossible for him to give presentation in front of people. But with the help of his team member, he managed to do it. So, I guess introverts can give presentation as good as extroverts do. But for some introverts,they need a little push and a lot of practice. And thanks to that presentation, he was able to communicate with his employees and vice versa. His employees used to think that he was a selfish arrogant boss who misused his powers but then find out how warm he is. It just takes time and the willingness to know him better. Because he was shy, people has to approach him first. That's what his employees do. They later know how to communicate with him and find out the reason why he is always quiet. It was not because of he doesn't want to talk but because he wants to listen. People always think that introverts are not a great leader but from this drama I know that even introverts can be a great leader too. We just need support and people who listen to us. That's what makes this drama worth watching. For people who have trouble in understanding introverts, you definitely have to watch this drama, it was easy to digest although it may seems complicated at first. One thing that I don't like about this drama is the ending seems forced. It seems like the conflict ends way too soon. But then I found out that the rating in Korea was too low so they end the drama quickly. Too bad thou, the moral of this drama was good. I learned that you can't judge someone only from how they look outside but you have to peel every layer of them to see the real truth.
