Trip to Kuala Lumpur

As I promised, here are the journey in KL! This may be a short post since we only have 1 and half days to walk here. 15 June 2015 Wake up early in morning, after taking bath and everyone is ready, we take taxi to Komtar because we have to ride the bus to KL. Arriving Komtar at 8 in the morning and wait for the bus, finally we start the journey at 9. The bus is quite comfortable. The journey takes 6 hour and the bus stop once for toilet. Fyi, the bus is so cold so if you plan to ride this bus prepare a jacket with you. I only prepare my cardigan and it is cold with it. I wonder if I didn't take my cardigan with me. Probably I will freeze in my seat. Arriving KL at Puduraya station, we have our lunch first at McD near the station. We only have bread for our breakfast and it's 3 already so tummy is growling. After lunch, we went to our hotel, My Hotel, by foot. We simply follow our GPS and think it is near but actually it doesn't too near, but we made it anyway. C...

Trip to Penang

2015 will be a year full of travelling. Just went to Tangkahan on Mei. Went to Penang & Kuala Lumpur on June. Will go to Sibolga on July. Pockets are also getting thinner and thinner but it's okay because whenever I travel, I live. I can work and getting back my money but travel when I am still young and able to walk can't be postponed. As usual, after traveling there will be stories to tell and because I was good at telling stories through writing so here it is. 13 June 2015 Flying with Air Asia QZ 106 me, my friends and her niece arrived at Penang safely. After getting our baggages we went to our hotel by taxi. We book the taxi from the counter at airport. It cost RM 44. We stayed at Georgetown Hotel in Jl. Larut. I didn't take the photos of the room so I can't write review about  the hotel here but I don't really like this hotel since the room was so small and it's not too strategic but there is coffee shop in front of the hotel and it made ...

Journey to Tangkahan, hidden paradise of North Sumatra

Hello everyone. I was quite busy these few days but I need to tell this story before it was forgotten by my very small memory. Actually I went to Tangkahan in last two months and I can't remember well the details so let me tell this story before it was completely erased from my memory okay? Tangkahan, the hidden paradise of North Sumatra. Why is it called as hidden paradise? Because it was still very very natural and still untouched by human hands, as you can see in photos down here. Tangkahan is a small village on the border of Gunung Leuser National Park located in North Sumatra. It is situated at the junction of 2 rivers, the Buluh River and the Batang River. Tangkahan specialises in eco-tourism activities like jungle trekking and Elephant trekking. (source: http://www.sumatra-indonesia.com/tangkahan.htm) Since it was a small village, there were no signals at all except for Telkomsel. Last time, we went there for 3days 2night...
